I'm assembling a list of topics "unique" to Senecas and then will endeavor to create separate threads with information about each topics and solicit further commentary/knowledge. My list so far below. Please add yours.

1) Seneca Nose Gear. Upper Drag Link Bolt, etc.
2) How to best start a Seneca. Procedures. Hot starts, etc.
3) Stabilator bolt. What to look for. How to inspect. When to replace. With what.
4) LTSIO and Non turbo 360 engine overhaul, replacement, changeout costs.

What else?

Gents - I am curious about techniques to determine partial fuel loads when the outboard tanks are neither empty nor full. Do you have a calibrated siphon stick or other apparatus that you use? Thanks

I use a fuelstik. It’s remarkably accurate unless you’re down to 20-25 gallons in that tank. Then there’s really not enough fuel to take an accurate reading.
